We are open Monday to Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM and on Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Sundays we are always willing to make a special appointment if you cannot make it on the other days)
Appraisals
We provide appraisals for insurance purposes, which come with a full report and pictures. The first item is $75.00 and each following item is an additional $30.00.
Often we try to get all the measurements and information as fast as we can so you can take all your pieces home with you at the end of the day or the next morning.
We also make sure that everything
is cleaned, checked and polished, so you can keep on loving your jewelry and preserve it for the next generation.

Watch bands and batteries
We all have watches lying around that have stopped working or have broken bracelets or straps. We have several replacements in stock and a new battery ususally takes no more than the time it takes you to do some errands or browse around in our store. Just stop in and we'll take care of you.
Free cleaning and checking
Do you remember how your jewelry sparkled on the first day you started wearing it? We can bring back that sparkle in a flash! And the best part...

We will check your diamonds, gems, prongs and more while we do that and offer some good advice on maintaining and storing your precious jewels so they will
last you more than a lifetime.
Coffee, cookies and lots of stories
Every place and every family has a story and ours goes way back to WW2. Ask Harold "why Iowa" and he will talk about the Netherlands (our home country), our journey here and the warm feelings we have for the people of Iowa.
